We strive to ship all items within 1 working day. If for some reason we can not make this, we will personally notify you. We use PostNL for all shipments. Track and Trace information will be sent after the order is shipped. So look out for that email, as it could possibly go to your spam folder.

All goods need to be signed for at delivery, so please make sure there is someone present to receive the goods. In case you are not available at the time of delivery, please follow the instructions left by UPS.
Shipping rates are calculated in the checkout for your location.
Customs & Local Taxes:
As a non-EU resident you can shop tax free with us. This saves you 21% in VAT. However, this means you can be charged locally for importing goods into your country. Are You Swedish? can not be held responsible for these charges, so please keep this in mind when ordering.
If your brand new purchase breaks or doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help. We always respect the warranty provided by our suppliers. And we help you to get your product repaired or replaced as soon as possible. Any costs incurred for returning a faulty item will be covered by us.

Please explain your complaint and preferably with a picture or two to illustrate the issue. Also mention your order number for our reference. After we’ve received that, we’ll make sure the issue is handled as soon as we can.
Not happy? Don't worry! All items can be returned within 10 woking days. After reception of the items we will refund the purchase price or exchange the product with another one of your choice. Please note that items need to be in the original packaging, new condition, with tags attached, unused and without damage.

When returning an item, please make sure to provide a track and trace number so both us and yourself know where the package is. AYS?SLC can not be held responsible for items lost in transit.
